Add every back in stock signup to Klaviyo, Mailchimp, Omnisend, or your Shopify customers automatically.
STOQ can push each customer who signs up for a back in stock alert to your marketing tool, moments after they submit the "Notify me" form, so you never export anything by hand. Turn on a toggle per tool and every new signup syncs automatically. Pick your destination:
Klaviyo
Add signups to your Klaviyo account as profiles.
Mailchimp
Add signups to a Mailchimp audience.
Omnisend
Add signups to your Omnisend contacts.
Shopify customers
Add signups to your Shopify Customers list, tagged.
How it works
- Each destination has its own toggle on the Integrations page (Back in stock alerts > Settings > Integrations). You can turn on any combination, and each signup syncs to every tool you enable.
- Syncing needs a paid plan. Mailchimp and Omnisend also need an API key from that platform; Klaviyo connects with OAuth; Shopify needs nothing extra.
- Only new signups sync, starting when you turn the toggle on. Contact STOQ support to backfill existing customers.
- A shared Profile tags value is applied across all four so synced profiles are easy to find.
- If you collect marketing consent on the signup form, each tool treats the profile as subscribed only when the customer opted in. Syncing itself happens regardless of consent.
