Find and organize STOQ profiles in Klaviyo
Every profile STOQ syncs to Klaviyo is tagged so you can find it, group it into a segment, and feed it into your lists and flows. STOQ doesn't add profiles to a specific list on its own, so this is how you route them where you want.
How STOQ tags profiles
STOQ sets a source property on each synced profile, equal to your profile tag (default restock-rocket), plus these:

You can view or change the tag in STOQ under Back in stock alerts > Settings > Integrations > Klaviyo > Profile tags.
Create a segment for STOQ profiles
Open Lists & Segments
In your Klaviyo dashboard, click Audience in the left menu, then Lists & Segments.
Create a segment
Click Create list / segment, choose Segment, and name it, for example "STOQ signups".
Set the condition
Under Definition, add a condition: Properties about someone > source > equals > your profile tag (default restock-rocket). To also catch existing profiles STOQ has updated, add an OR condition of StoqBackInStock equals true. Click Create segment.
Add the profiles to a list
To automatically put new STOQ subscribers on a specific list, build a flow:
Create a flow triggered by the segment
In Flows, create a flow, choose to build your own, and set the trigger to Added to segment, selecting your STOQ segment.
(Optional) Filter by marketing consent
Add a profile filter of StoqAcceptsMarketing is true to include only customers who consented to marketing. Skip it to add everyone.
Add a List update action
Drag in a List update action, choose Add to a list, and pick your target list. The list must already exist in Klaviyo.
Set the flow live
Set the flow to Live. New STOQ subscribers now join the list automatically.
(Optional) Backfill past profiles
To add subscribers who synced before you built the flow, open the flow, click Manage flow > Add past profiles. This runs once over existing segment members.
Troubleshooting
The segment has zero profiles
The source value in your condition must match your STOQ profile tag exactly. Check the tag under Back in stock alerts > Settings > Integrations > Klaviyo > Profile tags, and confirm Klaviyo shows as connected.
Older profiles are missing from the segment
If you changed your profile tag after syncing, older profiles keep the previous value. Add an OR condition for the old tag, or match on StoqBackInStock equals true instead.
Profiles are in the segment but not on the list
The List update action is likely disconnected or the flow isn't live. Reconnect the action and set the flow to Live.
New signups take a while to appear
Segment evaluation runs a few minutes after STOQ syncs the profile. Give it a little time.
FAQ
Can I add STOQ profiles to more than one list?
Yes. Add multiple List update actions in one flow, or build a separate flow per list.
If I remove a profile from the segment, does it leave the list?
No. The flow triggers on being added to the segment, not on removal, so list membership stays.
Can I export the segment?
Yes. From the segment's menu, choose to export it as a CSV.
Where do I change the profile tag?
Under Back in stock alerts > Settings > Integrations > Klaviyo > Profile tags in STOQ.
