Unsubscribe customers from back in stock alerts

Whenever a customer wishes to not receive any further updates for a back-in-stock alert, merchants can unsubscribe on their behalf from the dashboard.

How to unsubscribe customer from a back in stock alert

Go to "Reports > Customers" and click on the customer you wish to unsubscribe.

Click on "More" and then click on "Unsubscribe from alerts"

Confirm action by clicking "Unsubscribe" to let customer stop receiving emails for any previously signed up alerts.

If the customer signs up for any product after unsubscribing, they will get a notification for just that product.
