How to see preorder performance and products at a glance

The preorder Offers list gives you a quick read on every offer without opening each one. You can see recent sales as a mini chart, expand an offer to peek at its products inline, and show or hide the columns you care about.

To open it, go to Preorders → Offers.

What each offer row shows

Each offer in the list shows:

• Offer name — along with the offer's Payment type (e.g. Payment: Full or Payment: No upfront payment) and Fulfillment status (Unfulfilled, Scheduled, or On hold).
• Status — whether the offer is Enabled.
• Products — how many products/variants the offer applies to (e.g. Specific (6 variants)).
• Sales · 7d — a sparkline of preorder sales over the last 7 days.
• Actions — the eye icon to expand the offer (see below).

See an offer's products inline

Instead of opening an offer to see what's in it, you can expand it right in the list.

1. In the Actions column, click the eye icon on the offer's row.
2. The offer expands to show a products table with:

• Product — the product name and variant/price.
• Status — the product's status icons.
• Units sold — units sold for that product.
• Limit — the preorder limit, or No limit.

3. Click the icon again to collapse the offer.

For offers with many products, the inline list is paginated.

Show or hide columns

You can choose which optional columns appear in the list.

1. Click Columns above the list.
2. Check or uncheck the columns you want:

• Markets
• Sales · 7d
• Revenue

3. Use Clear to reset your selection.

Your column choice is remembered, so the list looks the same next time you open it.

Search, filter, and sort

Above the list you can also:

• Search by offer or product name.
• Filter by Markets (and other filters shown as chips, e.g. All). Use Clear all to remove active filters.
• Sort the list using the sort control (for example, by Revenue).

FAQs

Q: What does the Sales · 7d sparkline show?
A: It's a quick view of the offer's preorder sales over the last 7 days, so you can spot momentum at a glance without opening the offer.

Q: Do I have to open an offer to see its products?
A: No. Click the eye icon in the Actions column to expand the offer and view its products, their status, units sold, and limits right in the list.

Q: Can I hide columns I don't use?
A: Yes. Click Columns and uncheck Markets, Sales · 7d, or Revenue. Your selection is remembered for next time.
