How to submit a feature request
Have an idea for a feature, or something you'd like STOQ to do differently? You can send it to the STOQ team — and see and upvote what other merchants have requested — from the feedback board inside the app.
How to submit a feature request
- In your Shopify admin, open the STOQ app.
- Go to Support.
- Scroll to the Feedback section. This is the feedback board where ideas are collected.
- Click on Submit idea on the purple banner after using the search bar to check if the feature has been already requested
- Fill in the title of the feature request, add in a short description and then click Submit post


Upvote existing requests
Before posting, it's worth checking whether someone has already requested the same thing using the search feature. The board is sorted by upvotes, so popular ideas rise to the top. If you find your idea already there, upvote it instead of creating a duplicate — this helps the team see what's most in demand.

What happens next
The STOQ team reviews requests submitted through the board. Upvotes help them prioritise what to build, so adding detail about your use case — and rallying upvotes — gives your request the best chance.

Q: Where do feature requests go?
A: To STOQ's feedback board, reviewed by the STOQ team. It's the same board you see in the Feedback section of the Support page.
Q: Can I see other merchants' requests?
A: Yes. The board shows existing ideas, sorted by upvotes. You can browse them and upvote the ones you'd like to see built.
Q: I found a bug rather than a feature idea — should I post it here too?
A: You can, but for something blocking you, it's faster to use Chat with us on the Support page to reach a real person right away.
