How to setup B2B in Shopify Admin

Shopify B2B is only available for stores on the Shopify Plus Plan. Before you get started with selling B2B Preorders using STOQ, you need to complete a few additional steps in Shopify Admin.

This article will guide you through the basic steps required to finish from your end to get started with B2B Preorders using STOQ. Below is a step by step guide:



In Shopify Settings, go to "Customer accounts".
Enable Login Link and select "Customer accounts" to enable B2B customers to login to the store using a one-time code sent to email.


Step 2: Setup Customer as Company in Shopify Admin



In Shopify Admin, head to "Customers" section.
If you already have a company created, you can select the customer and add them to company.


If you do not have a company created, head to "Companies" and select "Add new company".


Fill company related details, add main contact details.


Enter shipping address details if you have them forehand or leave it empty to fill upon order placement.


Select your desired payment terms. If you wish to collect payment upfront, you can also enter the deposit to be made on checkout.


Select how your B2B orders should be processed: automatic or submit as draft for review.
Click Save to add the company and contact details successfully.
