How to book an onboarding call with the STOQ team
If you'd like help getting set up, you can schedule a call with STOQ's Merchant Success team. On the call, they'll help configure STOQ around your store's specific needs — preorders, back-in-stock alerts, fulfillment, and more — so you don't have to figure it all out on your own.
How to book a call
- In your Shopify admin, open the STOQ app.
- Go to Support.
- On the Get onboard card, click Schedule call.
- A booking page opens in a new tab — pick a time that works for you and confirm.
