Sell preorders on all out of stock products
Now, you can now set up STOQ to sell preorders for all products on your store. As soon as a product goes out of stock and “Continue selling” is enabled, STOQ will track the product and automatically turn it to preorder. This means you get more sales from products even when they are out of stock. To set it up, follow the steps below.
Open STOQ
Go to Preorders > Add new offer
Configure the preorder offer’s button text, disclaimer, payments and any other settings in the “Settings” tab.
Go to “Products” tab.
Select “All products” - this will configure STOQ to track all products on your store.
Read through the quick information listed and then hit “Add all products”.
This will add all currently eligible products to the offer and convert them to preorder right away.
It will also set up STOQ to track changes to any product on your store.
If a product goes out of stock and “Continue selling when out of stock” is enabled, STOQ will show the “Preorder” button right away.
Note that “Continue selling when out of stock” must be enabled on all products that you want the Preorder button to appear on. STOQ will not turn it on automatically.
Similar to selling preorders on specific products, you can set quantity limits & fulfillment info specific to each product’s variant in the app. This means you get the best of everything STOQ has to offer across all products on your store and you can unlock more sales right away.
