See sales recovered by Stoq
One of the most rewarding aspects of using Stoq is seeing how it directly contributes to your store’s sales. A key feature of Stoq is its ability to track and show you the sales you've regained through customers who made a purchase after receiving a back-in-stock alert.
How to track sales recovered
- Head to 'Reports' from the left menu bar of the app.
- Click on the 'Sales Recovered' tab.
- On the Sales Recovered page, you'll see various pieces of information including:
- The order number of each sale.
- The name of the product which the customer has purchased.
- The total amount of sales you've recovered.
- The date and time when the back-in-stock notification was sent to each customer.
- The type of notification that was sent.
- The date and time when each order was placed
- The email of the customer.
You can easily export this report as a CSV file using the option at the bottom right corner for further analysis or record-keeping.
