How to import and export Preorders products data in STOQ
Merchants can now use STOQ to easily import and export their preorder's offer data. Doing this is straight forward and helps merchants that have large product/varaints lists to handle in offers using SKUs.
How to export Preorders offer data in STOQ
- Head to "STOQ > Preorders > Edit Offer".
- Select the "Import & Export" tab
- Click on "Export" and an email with the offer data will be sent to your registered email with the following data.
- The report contains the following data sent as an CSV. You can use the same to update any changes and import to same/different offer.
Column Name | Description |

Internal Name | Internal name of the Preorder offer that you've selected to export |
SKU or Variant ID | SKU or Variant ID of the products attached to the selected offer |
Quantity Limit | Quantity limit set on the product-variant to the selected offer |
Shipping Text | Shipping Text set on the product-variant |
Action | Used while importing products to offer. |
Title | Name of the product or variant added to the selected offer |
How to import Preorders offer data in STOQ
- Head to "STOQ > Preorders > Edit Offer".
- Select the "Import & Export" tab.
- Before importing, make sure that your CSV file follows all instructions as listed in the " STOQ Preorder Import Template".
- You can use the following table as a guideline to import data:

Internal Name | Internal Name of the offer you wish to import data for. | Required |
SKU or Variant ID | SKU or Variant ID of the product you want to add to offer. | Required |
Quantity Limit | Quantity Limit of the product you want to set on offer level. | Optional |
Shipping Text | Shipping Text of the product you want to set on offer level. "Show fulfillment details" on offer should be enabled to display this text. | Optional |
Action | To add the product to offer, leave it blank. To remove the product form offer, enter "remove" in the respective row. | Optional |
- Once your CSV is ready, click on the "Import" button or "Upload CSV" to import your offer
- STOQ will process your data and show the status right below the import screen.
